Deaconess Rhoda Olufunmilola Thomas holds a bachelor degree in English Language BA, She was a teacher and retired as a vice principal.
She started her Guiding career in 1967. She has since then Continued to keep the Guiding Light shining.

- She was once a secretary of Ogun State NGGA
- She rose to become.Ogun State Commissioner
- She later became Ogun State Adviser
- She was a member of the National Executive Team
- She rose to become a Deputy Chief Commissioner for B Zone where she delivered her duties diligently and efficiently
Her previous achievements include the introduction and designs of the state necktie, free donations to members, etc.
She was on facilities Guides delegates to UK and she had consecutively attended five international camps. She started the process of production of NGGA’s Training Manual. She developed NGGA's first indigenous project on Financial Empowerment tagged”Economic Empowerment Program which majored on Agriculture and exploration of local materials for Economic Sustainability till date.
